Report Cards went home on Friday.  Please sign the envelope and return it to school on Monday.  The Report Card is your to keep.

Mark your Calendars:  The annual Christmas concert will take place on Wednesday, December 20.  Students need to dress nicely and appropriately:  for example, girls may wear a nice dress, skirt, or dress pants.  Please consider walking on and off risers when choosing shoes!  Boys may wear dress pants and either a shirt and tie or a nice sweater.  On the night of the concert, please make sure that your child arrives in their homeroom at 6:15 p.m.  Do not leave anything with your child or in the room, since they will not be returning to the classroom after the concert.  The procession will begin promptly at 6:30.

Writing:  Christmas writing and Saint reports!

On Tuesday the kids rough drafts are due.  I will then go over them and edit with the kids on Tuesday and Wednesday to prepare for the final drafts.  They did a great job researching in class.  This isn't easy researching on line and documenting as you go.  Some of the information needed more background knowledge.  Luckily Mrs. Bremmer was here to help.

We are also preparing our hearts for Advent and Christmas with some special activities and our book unit too.
